Keep discussion supportive
Members may share vulnerable experiences. Respond with compassion, patience, and encouragement.
No harassment or hate
Discrimination, threats, bullying, sexual harassment, and hostile behavior are not welcome in TTI Women.
Honor boundaries
Do not pressure others to share more than they want to share. Consent and comfort matter.
